We had fun just watching from the sidelines!
A quick clean up and change {for some} and the kids were all ready to start the events they had been practicing for in P.E. the past few weeks.
Preston did the
Softball Throw
Running Long Jump
75 and 100 Dashes
And because one classmate left early, he got to be part of the 400m Relay, but I didn't get any pictures of that.
Cambree did the

100 Dash
400m Relay...have video, but it's not uploaded yet!
It was a FUN day and one that elementary students in our district have looked forward to since before I was a wee-one there! So that's a LONG time!

It sounds like the color run was a HIT!!! It sure threw me off though having it a week early! I'd be interested in knowing just how many years play day has been held!
I was going to run with Devin. .and I was 10 minutes earlier. .not really dreaming that they would start before the stated time. .and I saw the end of the race! Next year!! This was my 11th consecutive playday in which at least one of my off spring was a contestent :-) Only FIVE more to go!!!
